Why it’s for sale. Paul, 63, who works part-time at an auto repair shop he owns with a partner, and his wife, Linda, 66, say they want to retire and move to Florida.

The Pusaks have owned their house for 14 years. The 3,695-square-foot house might have been built with entertaining or vacation living in mind. Paul explains:

“It’s almost like a vacation spot for us. We’re 300 feet from the water and have a boat slip. I have a golf cart I use to get to the boat .?.?. The Shore Park Estates Homeowners Association has their own marina, beach and common area .?.?. The only damage from Sandy was outside the house .?.?. The shrubbery was damaged, and the railroad tie wall had to be re-anchored and the deck repaired .?.?.

We like the living room because it’s really a family room and it’s large .?.?. It’s almost like a theater. We have Surround Sound speakers built into the walls .?.?. There’s new oak flooring in the living room and new granite counters in the kitchen .?.?. The master bathroom is three years old. And the others have been updated .?.?. There are 18 houses in the association, and everyone gets along .?.?. It’s a great neighborhood.”
