Why it’s for sale. Lorie, 51, is a health care administrator, and Bruce, 55, works as an aerospace engineer. The couple and their third, and youngest, child are relocating to Florida for job-related reasons.

This 1934 three-bedroom, 1.5-bath Colonial is located in Old Harbour Greenlet’s, "a small community with tree-lined streets and road signs handmade by residents,” Lorie says. Since moving into the house in 1998, the couple has made several renovations, “but always stayed true to the character of the house and the neighborhood,” she says. “It’s charming and quaint on the outside, but large and more updated on the inside,” she says. Original features include “octagon windows in the front of the house, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, wood floors throughout, crown molding and French doors,” Lorie says. She chats more:

“We expanded the upstairs master bedroom, completely renovated the full bath, added a great room downstairs, updated the kitchen with new countertops, flooring and appliances, converted a screened-in porch into office space and added a 2½-car garage . . . There is a huge, fully landscaped, fenced-in yard, a beautiful brick patio and a deck off the back of the house.”
