The Sabatinis have owned their upper-level, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium in Willow Ponds since 2004. Willow Ponds is a 75-acre, 222-unit complex on Long Island Sound. Jeff shared his thoughts on the condo and the appeal of the community:

"We’ve run out of room with our little guy, so we’ve purchased a home on the other side of Sound Avenue. We love the North Fork .?.?. The complex owns private beach space on the Sound .?.?. the beach rights, the community and the amenities that come with living out here .?.?. are the top features.

"When we bought the home, there were a lot of upgrades already. There are tray ceilings and vaulted ceilings throughout the unit. The great room has 12-foot and 10-foot ceilings. We put granite in the bathrooms and upgraded the vanities. What we like about the upper corner unit is there’s so much light. We have a gas fireplace, upgraded ceramic tile floors. There are hardwood floors in the great room .?.?. ceiling fans throughout the unit. The kitchen has upgraded stainless-steel appliances. There are two tennis courts, a clubhouse with a gym, a heated pool. The homeowners association is putting in a gate at the entrance. [We have] great neighbors, everyone’s friendly, everyone waves .?.?."
