For Your Entertainment, we present Pet Rock's Man of the Year Award to Adam Lambert.
You know, the dude who did NOT win "American Idol." (Does this make Kris Allen the Billy Ripken of "Idol"?)
Lambert tied with Neil Patrick Harris in the initial voting, leading readers to a Pet Rock-off to determine the winner. In that vote, NPH, aka Doogie Howser, aka Lorenzo Van Matterhorn, took a commanding early lead. He then pretended to be the New York Jets' defense and collapsed late as Lambert stormed out to an easy victory, winning 60 percent of the vote.
Lambert's contributions to pop culture in 2009 including bringing GlamBack, losing in shocking fashion on "Idol," releasing his album "For Your Entertainment," and pulling a Madonna on stage during the American Music Awards, hooking up with dudes and what not and causing the morality police to open a file on Lambert.
