Hilaria Baldwin, wife of actor Alec Baldwin, said that her husband is successfully recovering from hip-replacement surgery on Wednesday.

“Thank you for your kind wishes. I know many of you are anxious to hear how he is doing,” she wrote on Instagram, captioning a close-up photo of her hand on his. “We have been here since very early . . . All went well in surgery and I am with him in recovery. [Heart emoji] to all.”

On Tuesday, Hilaria Baldwin had revealed on Instagram that her husband was undergoing hip surgery.

“It’s been a day . . . jury duty, crabby kids, vet, meetings, pancakes that went oh so wrong,” she wrote, “but I’m ending it with an amazing experience watching Alec interview [“Fire and Fury” author] Michael Wolff” for the actor’s WNYC radio show, “Here’s The Thing.”

“And now we rest because tomorrow morning we are in the hospital bright and early for his hip to be replaced. Think good thoughts for us. We are gonna eat lightly, relax, and take deep breaths.”

Alec Baldwin, 59, has not commented on social media.

The actor, who was born in Amityville and raised in the Nassau Shores neighborhood of Massapequa, met his future wife in February 2011 at the Manhattan vegan restaurant Pure Food and Wine.
