Four-time Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper and his girlfriend, model-actress Suki Waterhouse, reportedly have broken up.
E! said Thursday that "American Sniper" star Cooper, 40, and the London-reared Waterhouse, who is in her early 20s, have split after two years together, after first being linked romantically in March 2013. The two made their public debut that December when they attended the New York premiere of his film "American Hustle." The following month, they attended the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, E! said.
Representatives for Cooper and Waterhouse did not respond to Newsday requests for comment.
Waterhouse, who appears in the new film "Insurgent," told the UK edition of Elle magazine in December 2013 that "I don't talk about my boyfriend because it's boring. At least, that's what I decided to tell you when you asked." She did allow that Cooper had not, as rumored, asked for her phone number at the Elle Style Awards the previous February, saying, "That didn't happen there. But we did meet at the Style Awards, I'll give you that."
Cooper was married to actress Jennifer Esposito for four months from 2006 until she filed for divorce in 2007. He dated Renée Zellweger from 2009 to 2011. That year, Cooper met Zoe Saldana on the set of the film "The Words," in which they co-starred, and the two reportedly began dating the following year, having a breakup, reconciliation and final breakup by that New Year's Eve.
