Actor David Arquette, who separated from "Friends" and "Cougar Town" star Courteney Cox in 2010 after 11 years of marriage, says he has found new love.

On Tuesday's edition of Bravo's late-night talk show "Watch What Happens Live," Arquette responded to a call-in questioner who asked if he was dating anyone.

"I am," he replied. "I'm dating an amazing girl named Christina McLarty," an "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent. "I'm madly in love with her and she's the love of my life. Absolutely."

When host Andy Cohen asked if this was true, Arquette, 42, confirmed, "Absolutely . . . She's my girl. She's got my back."

Us Weekly said the two began dating two years ago, but briefly broke up in March 2012. Arquette, who remains friendly with his ex, filed for divorce that June. He and Cox, 49, have a daughter, Coco, born in June 2004.

"It really was a goal of ours to not make it a fight," Arquette told ABC News Wednesday about his breakup with Cox. "I still obviously feel so blessed that I met her and that we have a child together and that she's in my life. She's still one of my closest, greatest friends."

Arquette is one of several notables, including Oliver Stone, Suze Orman and astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison, serving as instructors to 15 troubled students on "Dream School," a six-part, Sundance Channel series premiering Monday.
