Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian, whose divorce from former NBA player Lamar Odom will be finalized within days, is slated to headline her own talk show later this year.
The cable channel FYI said Tuesday that "Kocktails with Khloe" would feature Kardashian, 31, joining celebrity guests and friends "in the kitchen and around the table for an intimate dinner party" discussing cooking, pop culture and other topics. In addition to hosting, Kardashian will be an executive producer of the Los Angeles-based series, with production beginning immediately on eight one-hour episodes.
"I'm lucky that I've been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests," Kardashian, part of E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" franchise, said in a statement.
Additionally on Tuesday, TMZ.com said Kardashian and Odom, 35, filed their last remaining divorce documents with a court on Friday. The site said the divorce, which Kardashian filed in December 2013 and took no further action on for more than a year, only awaits a judge's signature to be finalized.
