Kids' Choice nominees happy to be honored

The 27th Kids' Choice Awards nominations are in and some of our favorites made the cut, including "Sam & Cat" star Jennette McCurdy, who is "so excited" to be up for best TV actress.

"I've never been nominated in this category and have wanted to be since I was a little girl," says Jennette, who's competing against Ariana Grande, Bridgit Mendler and Debby Ryan.

Also vying for the coveted orange blimps are BFFs Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry for favorite female singer; Bruno Mars, Pitbull, Justin Timberlake and Pharrell Williams for male singer; Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr., Neil Patrick Harris and Adam Sandler for movie actor; and Sandra Bullock, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence and Jayma Mays for movie actress. The awards, to be hosted by Mark Wahlberg, will air on Nickelodeon March 29 at 8 p.m.

Stewart's new direction

Kristen Stewart teamed up with Sage + the Saints to direct the band's music video at Nashville's Short Mountain Distillery. The video project was only slightly separated from Kristen's relationship with Robert Pattinson -- band leader Sage is a mutual friend of the couple's.
