Kim Kardashian and Kanye West went on a pre-nuptials shopping excursion in Paris Monday, as conflicting details emerged of the couple's upcoming wedding.
People magazine said the two shopped at Balenciaga and Colette, on Rue Saint-Honoré, then after lunch went on to Yves Saint Laurent, Versace and Céline on Avenue Montaigne. At Céline, said E! News, reality-TV star Kardashian bought a $5,600 black skirt, as well as a navy-and-white striped skirt and a long army-green skirt from the brand's latest collection, as yet unavailable in the United States. She also bought a $420 pair of orange Mask sunglasses, E! said.
Meanwhile, the bride's mother, Kris Jenner, has arrived in the City of Lights, posting two Instagram images of herself in Paris Monday, captioning one, "Oh Hiiiiiiiiiii PARIS!!!!! We're HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
Meanwhile, People magazine Monday speculated that Kardashian, 33, and rapper West, 36, may begin their wedding festivities with dinner in Paris followed by a wedding Saturday at the historic Forte di Belvedere in Florence. A spokesman for that Tuscan city's mayor's office said last week Kardashian and West would marry at the 16th-century fortress, having rented it for $411,410.
"Entertainment Tonight" added Monday that a team of 40 workers has been preparing the Florentine venue since Friday, and that 250 guests were expected. The syndicated entertainment-news program specified, however, that the wedding ceremony would be held in France, followed by the wedding reception at Forte di Belvedere.
