Kirstie Alley is ready to get in shape again. She told People magazine: "I was good for a while and then I wasn't good, and the weight crept up. I'm not circus fat. I didn't hugely screw up. I didn't gain 75 [pounds]. I gained 30."
Alley is not only going to be a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig again, but she is also looking to be a role model to those who struggle with their weight.
The actress has often been up and down with her weight. In 2004, she began with Jenny Craig and shed 75 pounds. In 2011, she had lost 100 pounds and competed on "Dancing With the Stars."
"The Voice" has finally reached its Top 20, but has it also found a new coach? "Of course I would love to do that show," Jewel said yesterday. "I don't have any specific plans on doing the show but I would, of course, love to do it."
While there is no official confirmation of Jewel stepping in yet, her name has been floating around for quite some time. Jewel is already in the NBC family after her judging stint on "The Sing-Off" in December. And, she's got an in with "Voice" coach Blake Shelton.
"Blake and I did a show together called 'Nashville Star' ages ago, which was a country talent competition," Jewel said. "I adore Blake."
