While promoting her new vegan cookbook "Mayim's Vegan Table," "Big Bang Theory" star Mayim Bialik took the time to discuss the controversial moment she was sighted breast-feeding her son, Fred, on the subway nearly two years ago.
"What I like to point out is that was the best way for that subway ride to be pleasant for everyone. It was the end of a very long day," Mayim said during her recent HuffPost Live interview. "That was not a weak moment of parenting but a conscious decision of, 'I have the best way to make this child happy and content right now.' "
Mayim is happy to stand up for moms everywhere who breast-feed their children and is peeved that so many people are against it.
