A 'VOICE' SILENCED. Baldwin's Melanie Martinez, 17, the singer-songwriter who made it to the final six of "The Voice," has been eliminated, along with Amanda Brown. The two received the fewest home-viewer votes on the live round last week. "I never expected to get this far, and this is beyond what I've ever dreamed," Martinez said. "I'm just happy I got to express who I am as an artist and really touch people's hearts, because that was the ultimate goal. And I love all of you who have supported me this far."

FINALES. Discovery Channel's "American Chopper" ends its 10-year run with a live, two-part special, "Chopper Live: Road to Revenge," Monday and Tuesday at 9 p.m. . . . On Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on CBS, it's the finale of "Survivor: Philippines," the franchise's 26th edition. Carter Williams was voted off last week. The next season, shot back-to-back in the Philippines but whose title is still unrevealed, premieres Feb. 13.

PREMIERES. "Amish Mafia," about a Lancaster, Pa., Amish sect's internal judicial system, premieres with a one-hour preview Tuesday at 10:30 p.m., followed by a different preview Wednesday at 8 p.m., followed by the official premiere that night at 9. . . . Season Three of A&E's "Shipping Wars" sets sail Wednesday at 10 p.m. . . . and OWN debuts "6 Little McGhees," about parents raising their 2-year-old sextuplets, Saturday at 10 p.m.

RECAPS. "The X Factor" eliminated Cece Frey and Diamond White . . . and James Brown withdrew from "Next Great Baker" in order to deal with upcoming surgery for a benign brain tumor.
