Comedian Sarah Silverman has denied a tabloid's claim that she planted pictures of engagement rings around her home to hint that her boyfriend, "Masters of Sex" star Michael Sheen, should propose.

"Just read that I wanna get married which is hilarious b/c I will never get married," Silverman, 43, tweeted in response to a claim by Star magazine.

Silverman, who had a guest role on "Masters" this season, and acclaimed Welsh actor Sheen, 45, began dating early this year. She referred to him as "my love, Mr. Fancy Pants Sheen," in her acceptance speech at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Aug. 25, when she won for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special.

Discussing her disdain of marriage in the April 2010 issue of Playboy, she explained, "I love going to weddings, and I love it when my friends get married. I'm not against marriage, but it's just not for me."Silverman had a five-year relationship with talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel before breaking up in July 2008, then briefly reconciled a few months later before splitting up for good. Sheen was in a relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale from 1995 until early 2003, having daughter Lily together in 1999. He then had a two-year relationship with Rachel McAdams before the couple ended it early last year.
