Former cast member Angelina Pivarnick may be returning to "Jersey Shore" for season six of the MTV reality show.

The Staten Islander, who appeared in seasons one and two, "is going to be back with the cast and she starts filming in a few weeks," entertainment journalist Tom Murro of the blog told Tuesday. "She was always the center of all the drama and she's coming back to stir things up."

Pivarnick was booted from the Seaside Heights house in season one after refusing to work her shift in a boardwalk T-shirt shop. She again left during season two after confrontations with housemates Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

Pivarnick, Murro said, "will be on three episodes and she's ready for all the craziness that comes with the house."

As for Sorrentino, he spoke Tuesday about his rehab for the first time publicly, telling MTV News that while he is now "at a good place . . . it took a little bit to get there." Denying rumors that illegal substances were involved, he recalled how "when I was [at the facility] in Utah, I'd wake up and just be extremely disappointed with myself. Like, 'I can't believe I got here. How did I get here?' "

Recovery, he said, "feels like an impossible deed . . . [but] day by day it gets better." He also expressed remorse for his brusque treatment of Polizzi last season. "I would never want to hurt that girl's feelings," he said. "That girl is very special to me."

The pregnant Polizzi may not be staying in the "Jersey Shore" house this season, but instead will live somewhere close by, The Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday. An MTV spokesman said the network does not comment on shows in production. A representative for Polizzi did not return a call for comment.
