Former “That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown was arrested last month in a police station parking lot after allegedly fighting with his girlfriend.

TMZ.com on Thursday posted a Jan. 19 complaint by Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey charging Brown, 28, with misdemeanor domestic battery, obstruction of justice, and two felonies: drug possession with intent to sell, and having contraband in jail. The website added that the Jan. 17 arrest took place in the parking lot of the Torrance Police Department, where Brown had pulled in while arguing with a woman the complaint identified as Omena Markarian.

Brown, the complaint alleged, possessed methamphetamine intended for sale and also brought into the jail an unspecified “controlled substance and a device . . . intended to be used for injecting and consuming a controlled substance.” The obstruction of justice charge arose from Brown’s initial refusal to leave his vehicle, TMZ said.

The site added that Markarian was not seriously injured.

Brown, who played Eddie Thomas in the 2003-07 Disney Channel sitcom, following a long career as a child actor, most recently had a small role in the 2015 film “Straight Outta Compton.”

TMZ said he had been arrested for allegedly threatening a woman in 2014, and negotiated a plea deal to pay a fine. In August 2011, he was arrested in Hollywood on suspicion of DUI.
