Lohan to present 'Top 10'

Lindsay Lohan will present the Top Ten List on tomorrow's "Late Show with David Letterman," the network announced Tuesday. Lohan will present the Top Ten List live via satellite from Los Angeles. This will mark her fifth appearance on the show.

Taylor OK, still in hospital

Heart trouble is keeping Elizabeth Taylor hospitalized in Los Angeles, but her publicist says the actress is OK and has been visiting with family and friends, The Associated Press reports. Taylor publicist Sally Morrison said Tuesday that the actress is comfortable at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Taylor was taken there last week to be treated for symptoms of congestive heart failure, a condition she disclosed in November 2004.

Rooney gets order v. stepson

Mickey Rooney, 90, has obtained a temporary restraining order against his stepson, who is accused in court documents of abusing the actor and meddling in his finances, AP reports. Attorneys for Rooney obtained a restraining order on Monday requiring stepsonChris Aber to stay 100 yards award from 90-year-old and hisRooney's home. Court documents state Aber has prevented Rooney from leaving the house, forced the actor to sign documents without reading them and has been withholding food and medicine.
