Chris Pratt reflects on career before 'Guardians of the Galaxy'

Chris Pratt recalls what it was like to be in his wife Anna Faris' shadow before he hit it big with "Guardians of the Galaxy."

"I've had those moments where I was like the guy holding the purse at events and people just looked right through me," Pratt said in an interview with GQ. "And, you know, actors [would] come up and just blatantly hit on my wife in front of me."

And it wasn't just actors who disrespected Pratt at the time. "Producers and studio people now . . . come up to me and treat me the same way that they were treating Anna. They're like, 'I always knew,' " he said. "I'm like, 'Is that right? That's interesting, because you . . . stared right through me the last time.' "

Vergara's ready for kids

Sofia Vergara is a busy woman, but in an interview with Redbook, the "Modern Family" star said that she's ready to have children with her fiance Joe Manganiello.

"Joe is younger than me," said Vergara, 42. "He's 38. He's never had kids. How am I going to say no? I tell him if we're going to do this, we have to do it, like, now, because I don't want to be 50 with a baby."

The actress has a son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, 23, who graduated from Emerson College in Boston on Monday.
