Heath Ledger's rap video

Few people knew that the late actor had a hobby of directing music videos. He certainly had eclectic taste: Ledger worked with Modest Mouse and Ben Harper, and also shot an impressionistic video for the 1974 song "Black Eyed Dog" by Nick Drake.

Ledger's video for "Cause an Effect," by a little-known Australian rapper named N'Fa (the two were boyhood friends), is now officially available for purchase through iTunes.

The date-stamp on the video is uncertain. Spin magazine says it was filmed shortly before Ledger's death in January 2008. Wikipedia, however, puts it at 2006, which may be more likely: Someone posted a parody of the video to YouTube in 2007.
