Hollywood Life: Anna Faris talks parenting with husband Chris Pratt

"Mom" star Anna Faris and her husband, actor Chris Pratt, want to have a second child after welcoming their son, Jack, in August 2012. But because Jack was born nine weeks early, doctors have told Faris that she would be at high risk if she had another pregnancy.

"It requires some different monitoring," Faris, 38, said in the April issue of Health. "My doctor's like, 'I don't think you'll have to be on bed rest the whole time.' And I'm like, 'I'm on a show.' "

Despite arriving early, Jack has grown into a healthy child. "I think that's why we can talk about it [another baby] now a little bit. He's just so happy, bright and funny," Faris said.

The actress also talked about how supportive Pratt, 35, has been. "I wish we didn't have this biological clock," Faris said. "I'm thinking we have to start talking about it [having more kids], looking at all kinds of options."

Dinner with Miley

Miley Cyrus, 22, and her boyfriend, Patrick Schwarzenegger, 21, were spotted having dinner with his mom, journalist Maria Shriver, at Los Angeles' Palm Restaurant Wednesday. Rumors had been flying that Shriver, 59, had been skeptical about the relationship, but everyone reportedly seemed to be getting along well at the dinner. Schwarzenegger's younger brother, Christopher, 17, was also in attendance.
