Hollywood Life: Zedd's Empire State album release party

Zedd promoted his new album in a big way by taking over the Empire State Building Monday night.

In a video from the event, Zedd shows off his piano-playing skills while singer-songwriter Tim James performs their song "True Colors" for a small group of fans. The performance came on the eve of the release of Zedd's album, also called "True Colors."

The performance was capped by a colorful light show in which the Empire State Building was lit in an array of rainbow colors and effects.

"I think it was six months after I was newly single in like 2012, I was like why not? Like, what am I waiting for?" Kardashian told "Access Hollywood." "I thought he was going to call me as soon as he knew that I was single again. He didn't, and so I called him. . . . "

West invited Kardashian to a fashion show in Paris, and sparks flew. Kardashian added she was unsure if she should get involved with another man so soon after her divorce. Then the reality TV star said she realized "This is probably what I've been waiting for, it's been in front of my face."
