So what's next for Rivers? She'll continue with her new Web series, "In Bed with Joan Rivers," and push forward with her televised reality series, "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best." And of course, there will be more comedy. "Life is beyond sad," Rivers said. "So many things happen, and you just have to pick yourself up again, and pick yourself up again, and pick yourself up again. And if you don’t laugh about it, then I don’t know how anyone gets through it." Photo Credit: Getty Images

I took one look at [his first appearance] on ['Late Night with] Jimmy Fallon' and I said, 'That’s it.' I sent him a note after he did my [web] show, 'In Bed with Joan,' and I said, 'Don’t get arrogant. Don't get full of yourself. Stay humble, because you're going to be huge.'"
