Former "Full House" star John Stamos has checked into a rehabilitation facility to treat substance abuse issues, according to reports by People and E! Online.
Stamos, 51, was charged with DUI last month in Beverly Hills and hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The news comes amid a busy time for Stamos. The "Full House" spinoff, "Fuller House," is set to air on Netflix next year, starring most of the original cast.
He is also set to star in the new comedy "Grandfathered" on Fox this fall.
Following the DUI charges he thanked Beverly Hills police and the hospital for their care on his verified Twitter account. He's been inactive on Twitter since June 23.
