Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have been named in a lawsuit for endorsing QuickTrim, according to E! News. These are the diet pills that the sisters have talked up on their TV show, interviews and even on Twitter.

A group of New Yorkers filed the $5 million lawsuit because they were unhappy that they did not experience the weight loss as promised in QuickTrim ads, and blame the Kardashian sisters for misrepresenting the product and its effects.

ABC News says that the FDA has already stated that they do not recommend the pills because their main ingredient is caffeine, and deemed them “not a safe or effective treatment for weight control."

So far, the Kardashians are mum about their latest controversy, but in the commercial below, credit QuickTrim for giving them their Hollywood hot bodies.
