Looks like Old Navy tried a little too hard to keep up with Kim Kardashian.
According to reports, the reality star has sued the clothing store and its parent company, The Gap Inc., for using a lookalike in one of its commercials.
The ad, which began airing in February, features Melissa Molinaro (who does bear a shocking resemblance to Kim K.), singing about looking "super C-U-T-E" in Old Navy merchandise.
This clearly didn't sit well with Kardashian.
"I've worked hard to support the products I'm personally involved with that I believe in," she told E! News.
Kardashian, above, is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction that would prevent Old Navy from using her doppelganger in future ads.
Reps for The Gap had no comment, but Molinaro, who isn't mentioned in the suit, sure did.
Molinaro took to Twitter saying, "We're still talking about this?! Its JULY this aired in February ... some people have too much time on (their) hands."
