Lindsay Lohan says she is taking her recent rehab sentence "seriously," and denies reports she stopped by a Hollywood nightclub just hours after a judge ordered she complete 90 days in "lockdown rehab" -- which, by the way, may not even exist.
The 26-year-old took to Twitter after TMZ reported she arrived at AV Nightclub on March 18 with a blanket covering her face, but left without entering the facility when paparazzi swarmed.
"Guys relax, that was NOT me at A/V or in the @mrpink SUV. I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead," Lohan tweeted to her 5 million-plus followers on March 19.
And she didn't neglect to provide an alibi, following up with: "I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day .?.?. and ordered sushi to my hotel .?.?. Don't believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten, has been great and means a lot. <3 L."
Granted, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have easily fooled photographers with weaker disguises, so maybe Lohan is telling the truth.
What the Merrick native has not denied, however, are more recent reports she hit up two California clubs over the weekend, "drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments," at Fluxx in San Diego, according to one source, and catching a show by rumored boyfriend Avi Snow and his band City of the Sun at members-only club 41 Ocean, according to another. Photos from the U.K.'s Daily Mail captured a disheveled looking Lohan leaving the concert. Fluxx confirmed her appearance on its Facebook page.
Nonetheless, the actress has managed to make a good impression with Charlie Sheen and the "Anger Management" crew as she films a guest spot on the show this week -- despite delaying production by "several hours" Tuesday, as E! News reports.
