If you want to go to Lollapalooza this summer, be prepared to either make it a single-day affair or shell out the big bucks.
The Chicago music festival sold out of three-day passes Tuesday, less than one hour after they went on sale. Still available are one-day tickets ($95) and VIP/Platinum passes (starting at $1,050), but probably not for long. The festival will take place Aug. 2 through 4 in Chicago's Grant Park.
Though the full lineup won't be announced until April 9, a few acts have been confirmed including Vampire Weekend, Mumford & Sons, Phoenix, The Killers, The Postal Service and The National.
Is all that music -- plus air-conditioned bathrooms, complimentary food and drink, and elevated viewing platforms for VIPs -- worth the four-figure price tag? You decide. But better do it quickly.
