‘Magic Mike’ actor Alex Pettyfer: Channing Tatum doesn’t like me, and it’s my fault

Channing Tatum and Alex Pettyfer were not pals while making “Magic Mike.” On writer Bret Easton Ellis’ podcast, Pettyfer said “Channing does not like me for many reasons, many being my own fault.”

The actor also said he was renting an apartment from one of Tatum’s friends and moved out after four months because he thought there was mold in the flat. Pettyfer, 25, said the death of his cousin caused him to forget to pay the rent he owned, which led to a nasty note from Tatum, 35.

Still, Pettyfer added, “Channing was actually an incredible influence on me because after this whole situation happened this was kind of the end of my immaturity and all my experiences put into one.”

Song in the key of B

Coldplay, which is about to drop its album “A Head Full of Dreams” on Friday, just shared the track “Hymn for the Weekend,” which features Beyoncé. According to bassist Guy Berryman, it actually started out as a party song, but frontman Chris Martin changed the story and then asked Beyoncé to sing on it. “And it was amazing,” Berryman told the BBC. “She came in. She did her thing. She’s unbelievably professional. I think she was in and out in five minutes.”
