Tickets for Adele’s six Madison Square Garden concerts in September sold out in minutes Thursday morning, prompting Internet memes and an angry hashtag of #AdeleTickets.

The singer’s entire North American tour for her record-breaking album “25” essentially sold out, prompting lots of hand-wringing and references to “I must have called a thousand times” from her single “Hello.”

Her popularity is seemingly making her unstoppable, as her NBC special on Monday night became the highest-rated music special since the 2003 special from Cher’s farewell tour.

“Adele Live in New York City” drew more than 11 million viewers.
