'The Voice' recap: Cierra Mickens survives battle scare

Just when we thought the battle rounds were over, “The Voice” added a whole new set of battles starting next week. Um, thanks?

Those will likely be the toughest cuts, as they go from 32 to 20 semifinalists, coached by Coldplay’s Chris Martin.

CeeLo Green won’t be turning his chair for “The Voice” any longer.

One of the singing competition’s original four judges, Green told Ellen DeGeneres on a show airing today that he would not be returning for a seventh season of “The Voice." (Green was already sitting out the sixth season, which begins on Monday.)
