Lady Gaga has finally announced her “Artpop” tour plans for next year, including a Madison Square Garden appearance on May 13.
Her “artRave: The ARTPOP Ball” launches in Fort Lauderdale on May 4, following her seven-show stint in March and April that will be the final concerts at Roseland Ballroom.
