Is this the new Justin Timberlake single? (Update: No.)

Justin Timberlake has been focusing on his acting lately and will likely get an invite to the Oscars as part of the cast of "Yogi Bear," er, “The Social Network.”
But that doesn't mean he's abandoned music all together. This song “Take You Down” leaked yesterday, reportedly featuring Timberlake and production by The Neptunes. It's not clear when it was recorded, but a club-pleaser this good probably wouldn't sit in a vault for too long, so it's likely to be more recent than from his “FutureSex/LoveSounds” album from 2006.
Now, it's a matter of finding the right way to release it since Timberlake himself says he isn't ready to record a whole album yet.

UPDATE: Well, the answer is no. Not only is it not a new Justin Timberlake single, it's not Timberlake at all. It's a Danish artist named Rasmus Thude. Timberlake's rep sent us this statement. “Various media outlets recently reported that a song called “Take You Down” is a new track from Justin Timberlake. These reports are untrue. The song is the work of a Danish artist named Rasmus Thude. Justin’s representatives were not initially contacted to fact check the validity of these reports or if the song was, in fact, his. Justin has no involvement with either the song or the artist but wants to assure his fans that when he releases new music, they will be the first to know.” We apologize for the error.
