MTV VMA winners list: Katy Perry, Adele get 3

Oh, right, MTV's Video Music Awards is actually an awards show. Somehow, that got lost in all the surprises.

For the record, Katy Perry and Adele shared top honors with three awards, while Britney Spears took home two (as did Lady Gaga), including the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
