Passengers aboard watercrafts are welcome to float and listen to the seventh annual music fest, held on top of and around the historic beacon. This is the only live music festival in the country performed from the tower of a working offshore lighthouse, making it truly unique to Long Island. Last year, more than 1,100 watercraft cruised in from as far away as New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island, and from as nearby as Gold Star Battalion Beach, about a mile away.
