Taking Back Sunday will play a pair of benefit concerts for victims of superstorm Sandy, along with Bayside and The Menzingers.

The Long Island band has added a new show at the Best Buy Theater on Friday with proceeds going to relief efforts in Long Beach, where drummer Mark O'Connell and bassist Shaun Cooper live. Tickets go on sale at noon today through Ticketmaster.

“We’re devastated to see all of the damage this natural disaster caused in our community and the communities around us, but it is always inspiring to see people come together and push forward,” Cooper said in a statement.

The band has also combined its two shows scheduled for Starland Ballroom, which saw its electrical system damaged during the storm, into a new Nov. 25 show at the Pine Belt Arena on the campus of Toms River High School North. Tickets for the Starland shows will be honored at the new Pine Belt show and extra tickets will go on sale at noon Monday, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Toms River Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund.

Both shows will feature Taking Back Sunday playing its breakthrough album “Tell All Your Friends” in its entirety to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The band also plays The Paramount on Nov. 21 and Terminal 5 on Nov. 23 and 24.
