Meeting the loves of their lives isn’t the only thing The Script are doing for the first time. The Irish rockers will make their Long Island headlining debut at The Paramount in Huntington on Oct. 14.

After the first single from their “Science & Faith” album “For the First Time” hit No. 2 on the adult contemporary charts, the trio has released its latest single “Nothing.” Hot Chelle Rae, the pop band behind the hit “Tonight Tonight,” will open.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster and at The Paramount website.
