Bamboozle comes to Nassau Coliseum

Too many bridges to cross to get to The Bamboozle multiday festival at the Meadowlands? The Bamboozle Roadshow comes to the Nassau Coliseum parking lot on June 26, Newsday's Kevin Amorim reports. All Time Low, Boys Like Girls, LMFAO, Good Charlotte and more are scheduled to play. Tickets, $30, go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster.

Alec Baldwin to star in 'Equus'

Alec Baldwin . . . child psychiatrist? The actor will certainly play against type in East Hampton this summer, portraying the sensitive doctor who treats a very troubled stable boy in Peter Shaffer's "Equus," Newsday's Linda Winer reports, The revival will run June 8 to July 3 at the John Drew Theater at Guild Hall. "Equus" played Broadway in 2008, starring Richard Griffith as the therapist and Daniel Radcliffe as the boy who blinds six horses.

Driver: Naomi Campbell hit him

Naomi Campbell's driver says she slapped and punched him while he was driving her around midtown Manhattan, a law enforcement official says, according to The Associated Press. The official says the model became enraged with the driver and started to hit him from the backseat. It happened around 3 p.m. Tuesday. The official says the driver stopped the car around 58th Street and Second Avenue and called 911. He says Campbell jumped out of the car and ran. The official spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing. Police are currently looking to speak to her. Campbell's spokesman didn't immediately return a call.
