Well, this little envelope-pushing ratings stunt -- er, envelope-pushing moment ... er, intriguing late night envelope-pushing development -- got a lot of attention last week when envelope-pusher Conan O'Brien leaked to some media outlet that he would officiate an envelope-pushing gay wedding at the Beacon Theatre during his “envelope-pushing” run there, which ends Thursday night.

Last  night he said envelope-pushing show costume designer Scott Cronick and well-known envelope-pusher David Gorshein will tie the knot tonight. He promises it will be legal and binding and not funny, or maybe a bit funny, and envelope-pushing.

“I thought why not perform it here and do it right ... I'll officiate the wedding myself.” He also put together this segment on media reaction last night. It is very funny.
