Emotional James Durbin unjustly cut, Scotty McCreery in 'American Idol' top three

Scotty McCreery or James Durbin are about to join Haley Reinhart and Lauren Alaina in the "American Idol" final three.

I'm telling you, if it's not James, it's a travesty; he has been by far the most creative and consistent performer this year. He's looking pretty grim standing next to the golden child Scotty.

And it's... Scotty moving on, James out. Huuuuuge injustice. What a mediocre final three.

You could make the case that this year's three most talented singers -- James, Pia Toscano, and Jacob Lusk -- were all cut before the top three, in favor of Scotty (who always does the same thing), Lauren (who's been afraid to go big) and Haley (who's been wildly inconsistent).

He's in tears, looks very fierce as he sings out with "Maybe I'm Amazed." Really gracious, you can tell he really wanted this, but gives a great performance even through the streaming tears.
