‘Game of Thrones’ season 6 trailer: See what’s coming before the HBO fantasy drama returns in April

The “Game of Thrones” sixth-season trailer arrived Tuesday, destroying the Internet in the process, along with the help of the by-now inescapable “Is Jon Snow Still Dead” theories.

By the way, this nearly two-minute trailer does appear to settle the Snow mortality matter in the opening seconds: “He’s gone,” says the voice-over, with a cover of an old Chris Isaak song (“Wicked Game”) wailing in the background . . .

Ah, but is he?

This rich tease offers plenty for both casual and non-casual fans, but I would direct your attention to some fleeting glimpses of Bran Stark — Isaac Hempstead Wright — who was not in the fifth season but will indisputably be in the sixth. He’s older, wiser and . . . is he also standing?

Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) — hair still fashionably shorn — appears to be back in the driver’s seat. We catch a glimpse too of Robert Strong — creation of Qyburn — Lannister’s eight-foot-tall protector.

Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) looks alive and still in exile — and also appears to have found the ring Dany left behind.

Let’s do talk Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) — last seen on a vast hill of grass, like Julie Andrews in “The Sound of Music,” when a clattering collection of Dothraki bloodriders swept down on her. Soon surrounded, she drops that ring . . . Cut!

Then we see her here, looking fabulous — always fabulous — but a little sullied and worse for wear.

The new season starts April 24.
