It's Melissa, then Molly, for "Bachelor's" Mesnick

Molly or Melissa? Melissa or Molly? Molly or Melissa? Melissa or... ?

And the winner is ...

TV's hottest reality show of the moment, after " American Idol," ended with a "shocker" - for ABC's resurgent " The Bachelor," anyway. Over thirteen seasons, we've had bachelors and bachelorettes who have found true love that was quickly lost when the Kliegs went cold. Last night, bachelor Jason Mesnick discovered a new twist: First, he picked Melissa Rycroft, the former Dallas cheerleader, at the end of the season finale ... then dumped her during the 10 p.m. special that followed. Molly Malaney - dumped earlier - then got another chance. The lady seemed willing.

For now.

A big deal? Believe it or not, yeah - for fans who have analyzed every word, thought, emotional up and down of the often weepy Mesnick during his trek to the altar on the 13th season.

And tonight's special at 10 - another shocker, perhaps?
