This doesn't happen often -- a fall -- and one can attribute it to simple fatigue. Kirstie Alley and her partner had a bit of a tumble 2:40 into this clip. Nothing serious, though. Her scores held up, and Maks took the blame, saying his thigh just gave out. But nevertheless, last night's edition pretty much saw a new and commanding leader: Hines Ward. He did not fall. Hines is the one to beat now, but my hunch is that Ralph Macchio is getting most of the viewer votes and ABC has confirmed that by habitually placing him at the end of the broadcast. Macchio's the draw, and if he continues to dance as well as he has been, and continues to get most of the viewer votes, then he wins the season.
