Ah, LD. What might he have to say about that elusive and wonderful thing called happiness - that thing that seems to elude him so wonderfully.

Tonight begins "This Emotional Life," the big three-parter on PBS (WNET at 9) that will - in its words - "explores improving our social relationships, learning to cope with depression and anxiety, and becoming more positive, resilient individuals."

Stars who comment/contribute are...Chevy Chase, Larry David, Alanis Morissette, Robert Kennedy, Jr., and Richard Gere.

(Chevy is posted below...)

It looks very good - KunhardtMcGee Productions has produced, and this is truly a doc star of public TV - though unfortunately time constraints didn't let me get to a review in today's paper.

Anyway...you should still watch. It looks great.

Meanwhile, here's a clip from LD. His prescription for a happy life? Job you like; sex.

Simple! This plays like it could be ripped straight out of "Curb your E," BTW:
