Say what you will about Lindsay Lohan's performance on "Saturday Night Live" (and we all said quite a bit, didn't we!) but her numbers were the best of the entire season to date. That's if you don't count the Charles Barkley-hosted show that got a bigger-than-normal number in the wake of an NFL play-off game.
Final Nielsens are out, and they are good: 7.4 million viewers, and a 2.9 in the demo. (You can now exhale, Linds. You did just fine, if that number is any indication.) NBC says that "excluding" that Jan. 7 post-playofff telecast, this was the show's biggest number since last May's season finale (9.8 milion) with Justin Timberlake.
