Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly vows she will be "tough but fair" Wednesday night in her interview with "19 Kids and Counting" stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Their eldest child, Josh, 27, admitted to unspecified wrongdoing after the leak of a police report outlining his alleged sexual molestation of five girls when he was a teen.

Kelly said Monday night on her show, "The Kelly File," that "on Wednesday our team will travel to the family home in Arkansas to discuss what some in the media have dubbed the Duggars' dark secret."

"However," she cautioned, "this isn't going to be a cross-examination of a family. It's going to be an interview. I want to hear their story. And I think America wants to hear their story now."

She added some minutes later, "Nothing is off limits. [But] I don't plan on getting into the specific details about what was done, because my understanding is the victims don't want to discuss that, either."

Additional portions of the interview will air during a one-hour special Friday night at 9.
