First lady Michelle Obama has shot a segment of “The Late Late Show” music feature “Carpool Karaoke.”

The magazine said the segment was filmed on Tuesday.

“Carpool Karaoke,” in which Corden drives a car with one or more stars who sing along with him to the radio, began in March 2015 and has featured singers and singer-actors including Adele, Mariah Carey, Jason Derulo, Elton John, Selena Gomez, Gwen Stefani, Rod Stewart and Stevie Wonder, film stars including George Clooney and Julia Roberts, and Broadway stars such as Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Obama has played herself on several comedy and drama TV shows, including “iCarly,” “Jessie,” “Nashville,” “NCIS,” “The Night Shift” and “Parks and Recreation;” the comedy shorts “Snackpocalypse” (2014) and CollegeHumor’s “Go to College Music Video (With First Lady Michelle Obama!)” (2015), and reality shows such as “The Biggest Loser,” “Restaurant: Impossible” and “Shark Tank.” Many of her appearances were made to promote causes such as childhood nutrition and the Joining Forces service-members support initiative.
