Miss America 2015 Kira Kazantsev

Miss New York Kira Kazantsev was crowned Miss America 2015 on Sunday, Sept. 14 during the annual pageant in Atlantic City, N.J. The Hofstra University graduate is the third consecutive Miss New York to win the title.
