Netflix is putting out the welcome mat for the third season of “Fuller House,” and for fans, the return date holds special significance.

The streaming service will bring the show back on Sept. 22, which also marks the 30th anniversary of the premiere of the original series, “Full House,” on ABC.

“Mark your calendars for September 22nd,” series star Candace Cameron Bure posted Monday on Instagram. “Not only will Full House turn 30 years old- but @fullerhouse Season 3 (part 1) will also premiere on @netflix!!!#ThrowBack #FirstNineEpisodes #Part1.”

The first nine episodes of Season 3 will debut at that time with the second half premiering in December.
