Old and new in marathon-filled summer TV slate

CLASSIC FILM FESTIVALS Lots of treats this week on Turner Classic Movies. The late Ruby Dee is remembered with "Edge of the City" and "A Raisin in the Sun" (Saturday at 4:15 and 5:45p.m.). July's star of the month, Maureen O'Hara, is featured in 25 Tuesday night films, starting with "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "How Green Was My Valley" (Tuesday at 8 and 10:15p.m.). Racy lady of the '30s Mae West does her thing Thursday night in "I'm No Angel" (8p.m.), "She Done Him Wrong" with Cary Grant (9:45p.m.), "Belle of the Nineties" (11:15 p.m.), and W.C.
