HELL 'KITCHEN.' It finally happened Friday: After nearly 100 "Kitchen Nightmares," Gordon Ramsay found an eatery so unsalvageable he had to cut the fix short and leave. The proprietors of Amy's Baking Company of Scottsdale, Ariz., whose belligerence has made them subjects of local news coverage since 2010, were shown taking tips from waitresses, firing one for asking an innocent question and mistreating customers to the point of hurling homophobic slurs -- all on camera. Despite this and its questionable cuisine, the owners refused Ramsay's help.

Following the episode, the restaurateurs posted on Facebook, "We do not feel the need to make any excuses for our behavior on tonight's show" and that they "pay our staff members anywhere between $8 to $14 per hour" in lieu of tips. "They are aware of this when they are hired." Angry Facebook respondents -- over 3,300 by Sunday afternoon -- pointed out that customers, however, are not aware of where their tips go, and don't like being called names.

'SURVIVOR' STAYS IN PHILIPPINES. Like the current and previous seasons, the next two editions of "Survivor" will take place in the Philippines, the website reported, citing that nation's Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Local press and bloggers added details about the production on Palaui, in Cagayan province, in the Philippines' northernmost region.

UPCOMING. TBS announced that "The Voice" coach CeeLo Green will star in a behind-the-scenes series tentatively titled "The CeeLo Life," for airing next year. Fox has ordered an American version of Gordon Ramsay's UK series "Junior MasterChef," in which 8- to 13-year-old amateur cooks compete. And TNT has greenlit "Inside Job," in which four candidates for executive positions live and work together as part of the interview process, unaware one of them is an undercover manager for the company participating that week.

FINALES. Candice Glover and Kree Harrison go up against each other on the two-day season closer of "American Idol," starting with the showdown performance Wednesday at 8 p.m. and the live finale Thursday from 8 to 10:07 p.m.

PREMIERES. "So You Think You Can Dance" season 10 waltzes in with a two-day premiere Tuesday and Wednesday at 9... and two shows about families off the grid in Alaska both debut this Sunday: Season three of "Alaska: The Last Frontier" on Discovery at 8 p.m., and National Geographic's new "Life Below Zero" at 10.
